Shut Your Mouth & Open Your Eyes

I love this graphic I found on Pinterest. (I can't figure out who the artist is though..) I'm guessing it may be a tribute to AFI, but I'm not too sure. 
ANYWAYS. What a powerful message. Shut your mouth, and open your eyes. It speaks loads to me for sure. Often times, I get rapped up in something like a project or a new shiny thing, and want to research it to death, instead of actually putting it to application. So to me, shut your mouth and open your eyes is saying I need to stop trying to know it, and just be it... open my third eye so to speak. Also, it reminds me of things that are going on all around the world.. terrible things. And it seems like everything that anyone ever does is talk about it. Why did this happen, who's at fault, how much will this cost.. when what we need to be doing is closing our mouths, putting down our gavels, and stop worrying about fucking money for two seconds and look at our Earth. If everyone took the time to really look at the damage that is being done, and let it sink in. There would be no questions.. only actions. At least, I would like to think so. Because as long as we are sitting still, doing nothing.. the Earth remains broken. And I mean the planet and the people.
