Banishing Fear Reduction Sigil

A Sigil is a symbol or picture depicting or representing a desired magickal outcome, a person's intent, or a spiritual entity. 

Reduction sigils were made popular in magical work by the ritual magician, Austin Osman Spare, but they appear in literature and practice in the early 1500s.

Reduction sigils may appear to be simple, but don't underestimate their magickal power. And they are very simple to create. 

They are basically a reduced version of a thought of intent. For example, I wanted to make a candle that I could burn whenever I felt any kind of fear. (Because lately there has been a lot of spirits around the house). Alot of my personal practice is based on practices of Southern Conjure, and Hoodoo - so my statement of intent was Psalms 23:4 
"Though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I shall fear no evil"

Step one is to reduce your statement. Delete every letter that repeats:
Though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death I shall fear no evil 

So what we're left with is : THOUGHIWALKREVYFSDNV 

The next step is to creatively combine all these letters into a design that will represent the statement of intent. 

All of the letters of the Barbarous word from the statement of content are in the line drawing, so this Sigil represents the affirmation, intent, and power of the statement: Though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death I shall fear no evil. Which can be a very powerful tool to use to inscribe anywhere and use when you need to banish fear.
